EXCHANGE PORTAL

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returns Swing Zip Tag: The original returns swing zip tag must remain securely attached to the item.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from any signs of wear.

  • Odor-Free: Items must not carry any smell of perfume, deodorant, or other scents.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging must be included and intact.


Exchange & Store Credit Options

We encourage you to choose an exchange or store credit where possible.
We will provide a complimentary Royal Mail return label for these options.

  • Exchanges: You'll be able to opt for any item or size in stock via our Returns Portal or by contacting us directly.

  • Store Credit: Select store credit and enjoy a bonus of 10% extra towards your next purchase.

Note: Exchanges and store credits are processed immediately upon receipt and approval of your return, helping you secure the right item and fit you'll love.


Refunds

Refunds are available for items meeting all return criteria. To request a refund, please reach out via: contact@demanduk.com 📩

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return, subject to condition.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the posting. Any Exchange / Store Credit / Refund Resolution is final. Certain products such as swimwear or socks are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene considerations. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval, following the receipt and inspection of your item. As an independent business, every refund significantly impacts our ability to keep offering your favourite collections at accessible prices — we truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to opt for an exchange or store credit wherever possible.
