DPD Next Working Day Delivery (Monday–Friday) – Free

Orders are dispatched from our London fulfilment location and are delivered on the next working day once shipped.

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time may be dispatched the following working day.

DPD Saturday Delivery – £9.99

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before the daily dispatch cut-off on Friday. Should the order not be delivered before Saturday, you can request a refund of the shipping surcharge.

Secure DPD PIN Delivery

For security purposes, some orders may be sent using DPD PIN delivery.

On the day of delivery, DPD will send a unique 4-digit PIN code to the mobile number provided at checkout. This PIN must be given to the driver before the parcel can be handed over.

This security measure helps ensure parcels are delivered safely to the intended recipient.

It is therefore important that a valid mobile phone number is provided at checkout.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel has been successfully delivered by the courier and confirmed by delivery confirmation, signature or PIN verification, our responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

If there is any dispute regarding receipt of a parcel after delivery has been confirmed, this must be raised directly with the courier.
