How it works

   Order between 6 November and 23 December

   Every purchase in this window gets the extended returns window automatically. Nothing to sign up for.

2. 02
   Full refund

   Within 14 days of delivery

   Return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method (excluding the original delivery fee).

3. 03
   Store credit or exchange

   After 14 days, up to 5 January

   Returns received after 14 days and up to 5 January are issued as store credit or an exchange, so gifts that don't quite fit are never wasted.

Good to know

• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with the return zip tie, original tags, labels and packaging intact. Every return is inspected.
• Swimwear and underwear can't be returned for a refund, for hygiene reasons.
• Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
• Orders placed on or after 23 December follow our standard returns terms.
