🎄 Holiday Returns Policy — Extended for a Stress-Free Festive Season

To make your holiday shopping seamless, we’ve extended our returns window for all purchases made between 7 November and 23 December.

Here’s how it works:

• Full Refunds (14 Days):
Items returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund (excluding the original delivery fee).

• Extended Holiday Window (Until 5 January):
Returns received after 14 days — and up to 5 January — will be issued as store credit or exchange.

• Standard Policy Resumes from 23 December:
For orders placed on or after 23 December, our standard returns terms apply.

Important Information:

• All items are inspected and must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.

• Swimwear & Underwear is not eligible for refund.
  

• Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
